Hi Eszter, looks like I've missed some comments lately... Yep it's a public park, called Drömparken, in Enköping, Sweden, designed by Piet Oudolf. (there's more photos of it earlier in this blog). Great place, and the rest of town has an abundance of cool parks to walk through. They also have a complete planting map available on site.

Hi Timbu! Thanks for the info! I'm gonna check their site as it's available. Oudolf's fingerprints are always impressive.
Do you really have snowdrops in April the earliest? Summers must be quite "concentrated" then.
